矿用重卡车前梁的多工况强度分析

Multi-conditions Strength Analysis of Front Axle of Mine Heavy Truck

摘要: 首先分析了矿用重型卡车前梁在满载弯曲、制动和转弯三种工况时的受力情况,确定不同工况的载荷和约束的施加方法;然后利用ANSYS Workbench软件对前梁进行上述工况的强度分析。结果显示应力较大处出现在钢板弹簧座附近以及板簧座下表面。其中,制动工况的最大应力超出了材料的屈服极限,前梁不符合强度要求。最后针对应力较大处对前梁进行了改进,并再次进行了强度验证。

Abstract: The load conditions of three kinds of working conditions include full load bending, braking and sideslip are analyzed to determine the loads and constraints under different working conditions. Then the strength analyses for each working condition are carried on by ANSYS Workbench. According to the results, larger stresses occur at the inside, outside and under the surface of steel plate spring seat. The results show that the maximum stress of braking is beyond the yield limit of material. So front-axle beam cannot meet strength requirement. Then the improvement scheme is proposed, and the strength analysis and verification are carried on again.
